total misleading fraud company
i have been dealing with this company and frankly speaking, is the most crapy company i have ever dealt with not to mention its truely misleading. this is what they do, when u wanna be a reseller, they let u test on their demo server which no1 uses and ip will be 217.X.X.190 and on it calls will be just too good as no traffic and when u enroll for it u end up on a server 80.x.x.196 which ahs the most laod ever. They dont have any of their own servers, all r rented vps, no office in UK, they deal from india, new delhi, their support is the most pathetic and support ppl not worth calling support ppl. they got 24hrs support and the staff for support is just one guy at anytime of the day. All the ppl in the company are using fake names, they send u an agreement to sign and never sign and return to u. i have a huge chat log with them that proves how crappy and fraduelent they r. initial credit i bought from them is $700. the support ppl are so crappy that they cant even get a DID started nor do they know how to use voipswitch. they market as from UK but r totally indian so as to save on tax money thats y they ask clients to deposit money in their UK account rather than indian account as call termination is also not legal from within india.

misleading
if u want to regret all ur life, go with this company. they got no office in UK, they operate from India, dont even have their own servers, all rented vps servers from netservers.co.uk who provide it at the cheapest. Their support is 24x7 but cant afford more than 1 support person at any time of the day, they use voip switch, never try to port a DID to their servers as they double bill and secondly it never works fine also, atleast mine hasnt worked till date. they got UK DIDs forwarded to their office in delhi india and u can check it out by calling the following indian number +911140512316 the the support staff, dont even ask bout their level of knowledge, u will be amazed if i post the long chat logs i have got from them, half of the ppl dont know what a DID is, how worse can it get, deal with them at ur own risk. i am dealing with them and really regret it.
