Got Asterisk to work with ZingoTel
Probably one of the few companies in Canada where we were able to get our Asterisk PBX system working with the phone service. With their business unlimited service plan, they give us unlimited calling anywhere in north america, 8 simulataneous calling (6in, 2out), a DID number, FAX line and all features included if you need them. For us, asterisk does it all

Voip made simple
Using my ATA adapter with DSL and all is great. Who would have thought making long distance call over the internet would be this simple. I could'nt be bothered with downloading software, so I went with these guys,plug my phone in and off I go. I was thinking about going with the local digital phone service, but price wise, this is better

Using the Linksys PBX system - all systems go!
Our business is using the Linksys SPA9000 IP-PBX system with ZingoTel and we're in our 3rd month with 3 IP phones connected to the device. Very impressed with voice quality and features included in the business unlimited service plan. Their approved reseller was helpful in setting up our equipment and getting us up and running. Customer service can be tough to get through, must be busy, but very rare that have to call in. We're up and running and no real need to call.

unable to contact
I sent an order in this past weekend. I told myself I wouldnt order from anyone until I got all the details. Well for leaving messages daily for the past 3 weeks I got one return phone call. The lady was to have another department call me. Thats been over a week. However, There was a person that answered there investor phone number. But just to tell me (again) he will have someone call me. There customer service blows.

New coupon code for these guys, have to watch for them, because they have different promos all the time. This one is good til end of June 'ZingoTelDeal5' i think. They had 2 months free at one time, now it is only 1 month free. Who cares, still a great deal. I ordered online, got a free voip adapterk and get great call quality.

A wonderful service
I have had ZingoTel for 3 months now and I find it very good. I had some noise when the service first started but I was expecting that. I now do not have the noise and it is great. I had to call customer service for the 1st time and they were very helpful and friendly. I would just like to say keep up the good work you are blowing the rest out of the water. Thank you
